A celebration of arboreal intelligence to mark National Tree Week 2021
Back in 2010 I was lucky enough to travel the world to make a series of five programmes about special trees for BBC Radio Four. I travelled from the UK to Washington’s birthplace in America, to the jungle of Malaysia and the rainforest of Australia. As a certified (and certifiable) tree hugger I never tire of listening (and talking) to trees and to people who share my passion. So to mark National Tree Week I’ve blown the leaves off the archive and pulled each episode together on this one page for what I hope is a bit of easy listening if you haven’t heard them before.
