About Richard Uridge

Life is short. The road is long. So my aim is simple: to keep pedalling until my legs won’t turn and keep writing until my pen won’t write. Between now and then I’d like to cover at least 250,000 miles and write at least one book of poetry. I’m enjoying the riding and the writing. I hope you enjoy the read.

If you don’t like the decidedly dodgy mix of stretch lycra, old men and poetry (and who could blame you) then you probably want to look away now or head over to my day job at ACM Training where we teach people how to communicate effectively.
